Leaving at 11:55pm to go to Costa Rica sounded like a great idea when I booked my tickets. It actually wasn't that bad, but I was really excited to go home. My friend Dixa took me to the airport, but before I could get there she wanted to go to a Peruvian restaurant. I told her I was never drinking again, after the night before, but she made me try the favorite Peruvian drink! Pisco Sour... It was strong but good.
Then of course we had to have the desert! They were good too! Called Picarones... Fried with a honey sauce always tastes good though!!!
Peruvian food is actually really tasty! Thanks Dx for the experience of your homeland!
